Oh..I think I just found out why Utack named his Ralts Utack101. Well he liked the name so much so he gave it to his pokemon but added the numbers and kept the original name for himself but..

Ralts is caught close to Route 101 so Utack named it partially after route 101.

^ Unless there is a lucky encounter. I got a Combee in Mt.Coronet in a lucky encounter I just randomly ran into it it Mt. Coronet. I also got an Aipom at the route near Canalave City without Honey Tree (in grass.) =o

But tbh I know it's impossible tho route 101 is close to where you can catch a Ralts so that can be the reason. =0
