Since we can't privately connect to Wi-Fi (as friends) because we would have to deal with a pesky friend code exchange, this is how we will recognize each other over public Wi-Fi: We will choose a name for the character we use, something other than Player 1 where it's written, and we will tell each other the names we are going by in advance. And perhaps even the character that you're using, if you wish, especially if the name you're thinking of choosing is too commonly used to truly recognize. So choose some name for public Wi-Fi to make sure that whoever we happen to connect to is the right person. And since we'll definitely set a time, we will most likely see each other over Wi-Fi just then. Sounds good?
