I like the lyrics; the font is nice (I've used it in a sig before as well actually) and it looks good centered. To me though it just lacks something. 7/10.

It sounds like you're trying to come across as being Karen in the text, but you really don't reflect her personality too well. :S   And having the badges in there seems a little unnecessary to me, but at least it makes it look more full. Fits pretty well for the Johto League, so that's something.
