1 - i found out today that my modest little town of broughton broke a WORLD RECORD during WWII! They built a plane in 23hrs and 50 odd mins. It makes me happy for some odd reason~

Well it's pretty windy outside and I just got back from town, and caught sight of myself in the mirror.. xB I look so reminiscent of Cousin Itt that I had to go and grab my sunglasses to complete the look.

I enjoy laughing at myself ^_^

I'm happy because I've just got back from an awesome week away in Spain with my lovely boyfriend =] Theme park, water park, beach, pool, bar crawl, zoo, Barcelona sightseeing - all amazing, even though I had the worst hangover ever after the bar crawl =P I have also brought home some cheap alcohol, and it survived the journey home in my hold luggage as I couldn't take it as hand luggage.

I also received a lot of post while I was away this week, and I love getting post =P

Now I'm going to have an awesome night's sleep and I don't have to get up early tomorrow. And I love sleep =]

Gosh, that sounds amazing =o envy!

Morning off from college again.

Finally managed to get my laptop set up for the uni's internet... I know I'd be able to connect to it even if I didn't do all these checks, but I guess it doesn't hurt to be sure.

Well I've officially been bumped from First Diploma to Extended (formerly National) Diploma in music. Only took me a week XD apparently me and another guy ( named Nathan 1. I am Nathan 2) are two of the only students that they've seen jump up so quickly, and put so much effort into their work in such a short space of time =] so that made me happy.

I'm also happy because me and our drummer Timm, have finally convinced Matt and Lewi to step over our boudaries, and go a little heavier in our songs. And from that, we already have two songs nearly done, and they sound so much better than the ones we had, which are on our demo (one of which is videoed and on our facebook page/youtube).

And speaking of demo, it's being mixed this week, which means we should have the CD soon and we can upload it (or not if it sounds absolutely shocking -_-)

So yeah, lots to be happy about =] OH! And I'm close to having managed to scrape together £270/£280 for an Epiphone Les Paul (Black) from our local music shop! SCORE!!!
