Eagerly waiting my uncle and cousions arrivial, they live up in England near Fleetwood and come back now and again to visit us sad to say it's nothing special this time as my uncles mother(my great grandmother) is ill in hospital so he's coming back to see her more than anything. I'm just really looking forward to having a catch up with them as well as hitting the pub with some of the family tonight.

Well did she make you cry? Make you break down?
Shatter your illusions of love?
And is it over now? Do you know how
To pick up the pieces and go home?

I'm feeling pretty happy right now, managed to talk to a friend I haven't spoken to in years, got their number too. Which is alright seeing that she pretty much asked for my number, atleast she's grown out of the habbit of drunken prank calls

Said friend has pretty much fuelled my motivation to get back into the gym again so I'm going to put  together a full week schedule for exercise since the whole "you lost weight" moodlet has worn off I just want to carry on with things.

I guess everything does happen for a reason!

So yeah, with a bit of luck this week I might just do running on Monday and boxercise on Tuesday and take the last three days off, or I'll start the full week thing and renew my gym memebership.

I've also bought a new polo shirt online since I realised only my navy clothes fit me properly, so I bought a black polo to act as a c-c-c-c-c-combo breaker. £16 and free delivery, freaking great seeing that I wanted to buy it when I was in Dumfries.

ALSO finally descovered All Time Low!

Bless you Lauren I do love you =]]

So I found a live stream of Alice Cooper's last gig on this tour, and spent all of last night watching it and talking about it with Alex :D Which felt pretty good, as I'd not spoken to him in an age.

I've also planned a trip to Nottingham as a cheeky detour home to Kent in January, just to see a dear friend of mine =]

And I actually have two days off in a row this week :o trying to change it and pilfer a day shift/thursday off someone, but either way I'm pretty happy with that little breather.

Sweeet. That sounds very impressive indeed, I need a good burn-out like that soon actually once this bloody cold shifts itself for good. I've been jogging the past few days to try and build my fitness back up, but it's not the same as being able to full out blast yourself out.

Finally got to origin forme Giratina on Pokémon Platinum, owned the game for years but never ever gotten there. Just laid in bed watching Family Guy with a cup of coffee after watching the bonfire and fireworks at Beverley. Always have loved the smell of the air on Bonfire night, it's just that.. "Christmas is just around the corner" smell.. I cannot put words to it..

I thought 1249 calories would have been a standard workout!  Your lucky you can jog! It's something I can't pick up...

So yeah, boxercise done, feel decent, my legs feel much better than they did last time, found out I can skip much better hopping on my right leg and that I can't skip on my left leg.

Got home at about 2 or 3 since my lecturer wasn't in, didn't think to stay back and do work. Managed to play Halo 4 for a bit before going to boxercise.

Dear God, I'm so happy I don't spend all night on the xbox anymore, I can make an acception on Saturday and Sunday since their my resting days but every day for every week, it was actually depressing. Much rather walking to the gym to get there for 6 then walking back trying to get home for 9, love the time it gives me to clear out my head.

We should have a topic or something to discuss workout routines and whatnot, except it wouldn't really catch on unless a few people actively exercise.

Bought myself Resident Evil 6 and oh my gosh it's so damn fun. I thought playing it solo would make it less fun but it's so much easier! Mercenaries is significantly less fun on my own, especially without having all the characters unlocked. Agent Hunt is better than I expected it to be too. It's a shame I have to leave my PS3 to go back to uni again... I guess I can just visit my friend and play the new Mercenaries maps!

"i hope you get niall bursting out of a tower cake singing "happy birthday mr president" and he's wearing a "miss america 2013" sash while giving you a 3 hour lapdance"
