Hate monger Freddy Phelps is dying. This guy has offended every group of people possible that (as horrible as it is to say) what Hitler believed in (not what he DID) look like nothing.

 I shiggy diggy did a cardio work out. Decided against doing 5 minutes on the running machine because it was getting late and I only just about caught my family.

Oh God, the whey protein is in date. It's probably my only source of chocolate for a while. It's only chocolate flavour, but it's nice.

I'm hoping to do my first strength workout tomorrow. It'll be the first of this routine and I haven't got a clue if it'll be good or not. .... actually, reading up on it, it isn't suggested at all...

I'm going to have to really think into things tomorrow and try and figure a plan out.

I find it rather sick that you're happy about someone's death.

I honestly don't care what someone did in life, you should still respect them when they are dead.

(examples: Jade Goody, Margaret Thatcher, Amy Winehouse - all people who have had people say they are happy about their deaths).

I just... I don't know it doesn't feel right to say that sort of thing.

^He was the preacher that said God basically hated everyone. No one was immune from his hatred. Not gays, blacks, whites, murdered children, soldiers killed in the line of duty, 9/11 victims. No one. So the world is a much better place with out Phelps hatred. (As horrible as it is.)

I've got some really good music playing. Bought a bunch of Darren Shan books earlier too, 3 for £5. Started reading one of them and even though you can tell that it's for a younger audience than myself, there's a lot of tasty gore in it. Even if... one part did seem pretty harsh, even for me.

It was because she died not long after all the stuff she said on Big Brother and then everyone started to dislike her and then when she died there were quite a lot of people trying to pretend that saying bad stuff was the only thing that she ever did.

tbh I don't even know what else she did so I guess that either says a lot about the media or it says a lot about the fact that I was only about 9 when she died. I barely remember it.
