The uni my mum works at has given her an iPAD (for a month or two) so she will be officially trained in them if a student needs help with work and happens to be using one.
I'm gong home on Wednesday so I'll get to play on it. I find them rather pointless devices but I do enjoy playing with fancy new toys.

The cat I was convinced was going to die survived an anaesthetic and is on a strong dose of antibiotics and painkillers. I went to see him today in hospital, where he will be for a few days yet, and he seemed much more comfortable :}
