so it turns out i wasn't going to get last specter delivered right on the release date (though that's pretty obvious, in retrospect i should've guessed or at least taken a look at the shipping date lol)

ugh same here when pokemon black took over 4 days from release date to arrive cos our postal service is a shambles here
i mean my friend held off playing it in support/protest which was insanely sweet of him tho esp. cos i don't think much else people would have done that so

but yes in future i am reserving it from the shop and just getting it there even if it is more expensive and doesn't come with a can of zekrom whipped cream or whatever

Walking home from work on my break yesterday, I pass a few kids who can;t have been taller than hip-height (which on me, is short), swearing at each other as if it was something cool.

I personally know that swearing is exciting even to elementary school kids. It isn't new.

I probably had the oppertunity to win a 3DS had I tried a bit harder at Mario Kart 7 earlier. Was 0.798 seconds off the top when I did it, and that's with a crash into the finish line banner, a shell at the beginning and very little drifting. I already have a 3DS though, so it's not that bad. If I had won it, I would've sold it or given it to a friend or something.
