My new laptop won't start up. It has no excuse to not start up!! There are no questionable files on there, the only things that I've downloaded are Pokemon Online, Steam & TF2, and Maplestory! I have a working anti-virus, I treat my battery properly, I shut my laptop down whenever I'm not using it- WHY?!?! I've had you for less than a week!!! WHY?!?!
