I've been battling with Sallie Mae, a student loan company, for the past two months and they STILL don't have any of the information right.

How many times do I have to follow up with these people?! I can no longer access the original document myself to see if they've done ANYTHING to help with my loans, so every time I call it's one surprise after another.
