Why do you exist, so that I might displace my third year studies with serving teenagers who can't handle their alcohol, after finishing work at 4.30 in the morning and having to sleep all day instead of doing some work that, believe it or not, is rather pertinent to my degree. Frustrating though it may be, I would rather be trying to understand that right now...

I think that I managed to assign all of the protons on the nmr 
but I ~might~ be using what I think is an impurity as the cis structure 
it's the only way that I can get it to work okay

It's not that bad. They sometimes get us to run 2 miles. The fastest is usually around 15 mins. It takes me 15 mins to run walk one mile. At least I can do 2 miles in half an hour now though.
