I'm just confused about everything atm, and it's doing my head in. Main things I suppose are my ex (still -_-), a bit of my coursework, why I don't get very hungry anymore (confusing because I normally eat loads), and life in general. Agh.

the blowing is probably i dunno making it worse?
the reason it's blocked is probably because of swelled blood vessels and irritating it by blowing it will just make it worse
kinda like "lets solve this nosebleed by picking out the blood clot" (although this one has worked for me quite a few times go figure) kind of thing if that makes sense

get an Oxymetazoline nose spray or perhaps a saline one
there were these weird nose jug things for washing out your nasals i am not sure what they were hang on let me google it
