Crouched behind a medium sized rock near the proceedings.
\\ They do not even know I exist, even though I have been alongside them since the beginning, I see what they see, I know all they know and I have even learnt of the arcane arts and how to use them through them... Do I wish to protect them if they are hurt? Yes, I do.

This "Draghost" I need a full measure of his character to determine whether he is a threat to my plan or not. His morals seem just but his taming of the arcane arts... Could I overcome him? Not alone, not yet.

His plans... What is he trying to do? \\
I shuffle to a spot behind a bush so that I can see the proceedings better.

\\ Wait. What was that. It sounded like something moving near that rock! An animal perhaps? No, an animal wouldn't make such a loud noise... Draghost seems pretty fixated on this 'new world' I can't support him in this, it seems like he needs me here for some reason... I can't allow a world like that, the world can't handle another age of magic. Not after how the last one ended... Draghost seems fixated on Blazicario, and I have a relatively good immunity to magic, it's possible that I could hide behind that rock, and see what's there at the same time...\\

*Whilst Draghost isn't looking, performs a Backflip, landing behind the rock, on Chloe's foot*

\\ I watch as Draghost flinches. What's going on?\\

I close my eyes as I expect a fight may begin. Something lands on my foot. Hard. Possibly paralyzing it. My eyes shoot open in shock and one of the guys is there crouched next to me.

\\ My cover is blown. It's the first time I've had a proper look at his face though. A distant memory stirs. Could it be? After all this time?\\

\\ I've got to play it careful, this could be an illusion conjured by one of them, they know Chloe is one of few people I wholly trust now, it makes sense for them to use her to get to me...\\

I put a finger to my lips and then point to the scene where Blazcario and Draghost have continued to argue points.

\\ Right, I think she recognises me. Knowing her, she's likely gathering information before making her move. That makes sense. Hmm... I wonder if she's turned to the arcane since we last met... She never used to agree with it, always so opposed to it, but times have changed, I wouldn't be surprised if her mindset has... I can't really ask her now though, it'll give away our hiding place. Unless... \\

*pulls out piece of paper, and writes 'Still mundane?', and passes it to Chloe*

I look at the piece of paper for a second and then shake my head.

\\ I don't know how to tell him that I've been following his group from the beginning... There would be time for these things but I was eager to prove my talent to Dick because of our old friendship. Would things now become like they used to be? \\

\\ ah well, I suppose it's hard to stay untarnished in such a world... Too much magic to avoid, she was always the brains behind the operation, and assuming she's been acting on her own, she won't have had the fighting skills... I suppose that's why she needed magic, I can't blame her I suppose. I just need to show her that Im still the fighter I was back then, I need to prove that our old friendship can be revived, I miss those days...\\

*I mouth to her 'What are you doing here' she doesn't appear to understand, so I try again, she seems to get it this time*

\\That was precisely the question, and the truth was I didn't really know. I suppose I had been following them to see what they were up to, but I had learnt from them and they had also given me knowledge of the land that helped me to find shelter and water. After some thought I knew exactly what I was doing here...\\

EDIT: I'm going to go and do my ironing etc. now. I'll probably be back around 4 because I'll be having lunch as well.

She might think I'm wanting this new world... Or maybe she does! No! I'm jumping to conclusions again, I need to at least wait for her answer...\\

\\ Imprisoning? That's unlike her, I suppose fighting for survival changes people. But, I still don't know if Draghost did anything... And even if we did imprison him, what good would it do? He'd only escape... Probably murdering the both of us in the process... \\

"I'm not so sure, his powers are strong, as I imagine you've gathered, any attempt to imprison him would probably end in our funerals..."

"There are many more of us than him and he doesn't know of my existence or presence, it might be easier than you think. But we need a fool proof way about it."

\\ I can't persuade her otherwise, I guess I have to help her, I can't let our friendship be thrown away, and she seems a lot more trustworthy than Draghost. Although, betraying the one true leader of memberland seems a little dishonest... Urgh... Why do I have to overanalyse every situation? Everyone else seems so certain of everything... Maybe they feel the same inside...\\
