I barely have time to bow before Blazcario and I are thrown into a flurry of blows with the swords. My first thought is defense if I can hold off Blazcario's attacks without hurting him we might come out of this unscathed but there was no such luck - within 2 minutes I had accidentally given Blazcario a wide gash above his left eyebrow, it was deep and oozed blood. I looked at what I'd done - shocked, I had to keep fighting though.

I try to show Blazcario that I've not used the sword before and it holds power that I have no knowledge of but he doesn't understand. Brisingr clashes with his armor many times against my will or doing.
