I went to Parliament and had a tour with my MP the other week - he said that even if you were having cardiac arrest the main priority would be to get the person out of parliament even if they could be saved because it is supposed to be a pure and focused place and that having a person die there would take the focus of the government off politics and the country.

It is also illegal to be in Parliament whilst in labour (having a baby).

i know that the space between the seats in the House of Commons is said to be two sword lengths apart (~4m), haha. politics is serious stuff.
