Short and moderately thin. Blonde hair, yellow hat and shorts, yellow shorts.

(ch)  Personality [Updated for v2.0]

Mild and predictable. Likes to take on more than he can handle. Doesn't cope
well with defeat.

(d)  History

Joe always had a strong connection with Pokemon from the beginning. Well, he has a
strong connection with them. The feeling is not mutual, as his skills as a trainer
are severely lacking. Having been born on Fiore and disliking the simple life there,
he stowed away on a cargo ship, not knowing where it is headed. Joe brings along his
only two Pokemon, which he snagged from a Pokemon Ranger facility.

His main goals are to catch a Bulbasaur, and to see the Elite 4.
