So, with the section banners, are you wanting banners with different site sections or different forum sections? Sorry, it's jut this part the confuses me.
If it's original art you're looking for, I can't do much. But if you would like graphics with official artworks, I could do some stuff for you. If you want, just look at my signature. I made that myself, if you're looking for a small example.
Anyways, just tell me what you're talking about and then an estimate of how long it should take. I should be able to complete it fairly quickly if need be, depending on just how many banners were needed.
