Michael Bell

Name: Michael 'Mikey' Bell

Age / Gender: 17 / Male

Description:
Michael is pretty much an average looking teenager. His short brown hair is extremely tussled and messy, but the style actually works for him. His light brown eyes are brought out by his recently tanned skin with thick, dark eyelashes and thin eyebrows. His nose is rather thin and pointy, lips are average sized. Michael is around 5'11 and weighs 160 pounds, average for his age. He always wears regular blue jeans (or a pair of shorts depending on the weather) and a yellow t-shirt. He wears black and white checkered shoes. He also wears a black studded wrist band on his right arm and he sports a silver chain necklace around his neck.

Personality:
Overall, Michael's not a bad guy, but like anyone, he has his unpleasant perks. He sometimes has a melancholy outlook on things as well as being the occasional pessimist, but he's not always so downcast. He occasionally looks on the bright side when something good or exciting happens for example. Even though he has that occasional pessimistic view, he's an anxious person and gladly awaits the future to see what it has in store. In a dangerous situation, he would probably look at his options and pick what was best. Or at least that's would he be trying to do. He'd probably be panicking. He's very competitive and enjoys showing off occasionally, and thus desires to earn every badge there is to earn.

History:
He was born in Cherrygrove City to two Pokemon Veterinarians and the oldest of five. As the family continued to grow the need for more living space became apparent, so the family purchased a bigger house in Goldenrod City causing Michael to move away from his childhood friend Amy. His uncle works for the Pewter Museum of Science in Kanto, which has earned him many trips to the city. On his most recent trip, he brought home a Claw Fossil.

One day Michael was sent by his mother to the grocery store to pick up a few things when he heard the sound of shattering glass. He ran into the alley where the sound came from and saw a group of rebellious pokemon jumping out of a window with jewelry in their clutches. When it was Whismur's turn to jump, it cut itself on a piece of glass sticking out on the window and plummeted to the hard brick street below. Michael rushed it to his parents where they treated it back to full health. Whismur opted to stay with Michael because of his love and dedication, something no human had ever shown to it. It still retains that rebellious attitude and sometimes disobeys Michael, but most of the time he does what Michael says. It's unlike most Whismur, it doesn't cry or act shyly unless it's for defense.  It likes to ride on Michael's head and chatter casually with him, even though Michael has no idea what he's saying.


Phanpy, Male
Pokeball: Regular Pokeball
Moves: Defense Curl, Rollout, Take Down, and Natural Gift.

Michael met Phanpy on Route 205. It was practicing a Rollout, and crashed into Michael and Whismur. Whismur mouthed off to it, and Michael offered to raise Phanpy so that one day it could get payback on Whismur.


Anorith, Female
Pokeball: Regular Pokeball
Moves: Scratch, Harden, Water Gun

Anorith was given to Michael by his uncle while it was still a fossil. He revived it in Oreburgh City. So far, the Anorith seems very curious about it's new surroundings. Michael finds it adorable when it stares at things with it's big eyes.
