RULES: Signature size, 'Three word rule'

As part of the 10th birthday celebrations, a few more rules updates.

First, the allowed size of images in signatures has been raised to 150kb. We'll see what effect it has on loading times, but we'll try.

We've also re-enabled everyone's signatures.

Second, following member council debate, the rule formerly known as the three word rule has been changed to require your post to have at least three words, or more than two. You can thank the member council's persuasiveness for this change.

The sig limit was something that I was complaining to myself about quite recently, so that's awesome. *ponts at his sig*

I'm not really a fan of the 3 word rule change, though. Bleh. Guess its's good that it wasn't just abolished, mind.

=) Not getting rid of it, just changing it so the "Three Word Rule" as it's normally called to /make sense/.... great job guys. I like it. =) Three/four isn't really all that much- and it still stops the "No" and "yes" and whatever that're one work or two word answers. -mini-ramble-
