Two returns, one small change, and a partridge in a pear tree

On the 17th day of March, my PKMN.NET gave to me...

Two returns. Rex has resumed his position as Global Moderator, and Joeno as a coding, behind the scenes administrator. And as an acting owner of the site, let it be known from me: I've wiped the slate clean there, and so has he, and this re-promotion is a joint decision achieved between all active administrators. Any trouble caused from here on in WILL be dealt with accordingly.

Of course, this means I won't end up breaking the site everytime I try to update something now. Happy days. In fact, there's a lot of changes we've discussed tonight, and you can expect a lot of them to take place over the next few months

One small change: as has been requested, the maximum avatar image size has now been increased to 100x100 pixels. The overall file size for avatars and sigs still remains the same however, as detailed in the rules.

And as promised, a partridge in a pear tree.
