It's nice artwork, and the Pokes within don't look too cluttered, and it has a nice blue hue to it. Would be even better if it was centred!

Well.. it's REALLY hard on the eyes. Red backgrounds, esp. one that bright, should never be used.. at least not with bright colored text because in an effort to read it you blind yourself.

2/10 I like the fact that it's one picture with many links.. that much is nice.
