If you're between 18-25 years old, and a member of an EU nation, you can get in for free! Though the rooftop tour is every 45 minutes, though. Oh, and it's 206 steps to get up there.

Also, the clue in my other post was the English translation of what's on the pediment; "Aux Grands Hommes La Patrie Reconnaisante".
