Snake jokes aside, are they with their mother? If not then you should call the RSPCA so they can give them the adequate attention they need.

yeah we did let them go because we saw two others. they're all sleeping in their nest near the greenhouse. we put them in the box to keep them safe so we didn't stand on them. we did put them back, i swear. they're back where we found them and waiting for mum to come get them if she's moving them.

plus we caught them because they were small and we didn't want to leave them outside to fend for themselves. my mum hates them when she's planting seeds but she was like "omg they're so tiny ;;"

idk if the RSPCA is like a shelter, but oh god, do not send wild animals like that to the shelter T_T. EVER. I clean out small animal cages at my local shelter and not only is it a pain to move them so i can clean the cages, if the animal is sick or has mites or something, all of the other small animals catch that too. aaaaah if shaymin couldnt let them go i would have suggested raising and releasing or selling them for snakefood or something.

You do realise that those are adult field mice don't you? They may look like babies, but very few field mice grow much bigger than that. You're thinking of a different sub species of mouse that are longer.

well, first things first, they were falling over themselves. second, one didn't have it's eyes open, and third, they were all squeaking for their mother - all four of them sat down and started squeaking like there was no tommorow to squeak in.
