i had a little group hangout of like 7 people, it was pretty neato.

spent about eight hours with a friend today watching a mixture of Black Books, Green Wing, Look Around You and Sherlock and eating ridiculously unhealthy things. 
my sleeping pattern is so very out of sync again 
I've no idea how i'm going to wake up on monday and I have quite a lot of work to do 
but you know 
happy.

Got from Walsall to Coventry and back without any cancelations or delays. I still think public transport is crap though.

Today has been really amusing :D
First Hayley was cooking a sausage casserole for us... then discovered her leek was missing. I offered to go look for the leek (because it got lost between Hayley arriving on campus and getting back to the flat), so I was looking on the ground for a leek while walking up to the shop to see if they sold any xP
Then we played card games... played President and I went from being Bum to President in two rounds, me and Sian at constant war for the role of President... glaring at each other while thinking of what to put down xD;

first day of labs today 
walking half an hour there and back up hills with carrier bags because i don't yet have an actual bag to put all my lab stuff in. 
also had to wear SENSIBLE SHOES, aka my old work shoes, as my trainers are too absorby and would cause my death if i spilled anything on them or something like that.. so blisters, too. 
labs started at ten, finished at four, had a physics lecture from five til six.. got home at seven having been standing up for most of the day. 
feet hurt from blisters, hands raw from carrier bags, ears hurt from wearing both specs and safety specs, knackered. 
 
happy because i'm now sitting down and purposefully doing nothing that involves any effort 
plus i stopped off at the supermarket for cereal and saw that giant multipacks of crisps were going for a pound. 
and i was craving crisps at lunch for some reason 
 
also finally managed to get some printing paper.. which has reminded me that i have to give a presentation tomorrow but.. eh 
i have crisps 
they are delicious 
 
 
oh look i've found where i can buy the DVD for Dead Bodies 
how excellent

Finally got a date set for my long awaited house warming! My first proper party since moving out of my parents' house :V

If anyone wants to get the bus/train/plane/whatever and join us feel free. Got plenty of floor space to kip on!

Being informed on Jake's progress makes me happy, and seeing a photo of him in his new Tigger outfit makes me happier. ^-^
And getting a call from my dad made me happy, too. =]
