I mean once you've taken that deep and artistic and meaningful image you then have a book with wax crayon smudges left in it that will not look so crisp and sharp and artsy and the book is now essentially ruined for anyone else who wishes to read it in favour of some scribbles.

I'm using a Nano, and the screen resolution on that thing is supposed to be pretty high, and since I've downloaded images for it that are something like 500x500, the compression isn't noticeable at all. Neither is it when I have to blow up some pictures to use as my Mac's wallpaper. But like I said, super duper hi-res textures don't bother me as much as they bother other people.

I'll tell what does bother me- People who only care about graphics when it comes to video games.

Whenever I press num lock or caps lock on my laptop I have an annoying popup in the corner of the screen saying NUM LOCK: ON and a padlock image on top of it, when I'm gaming in windowed mode it appears on top of it and annoys the hell out of me. Spent weeks trying to find out how to get rid of it, still not a clue. >.<

Well, that's just different users have different experiences then. I personally cannot stand pixelly and compressed album art. I mean, just a little bit of distortion is fine, but once it starts looking like someone compressed it to the size of a thumbnail then blew it up again, I start to get really annoyed.

The internet is back to being a div. Well, if it's following the pattern of a few days ago, it should be working joyously by tomorrow, images and all. Irritating, though. 
 
Also my sleeping habits are just ridiculous now, really, come on. Particularly as I am seeing my dad tomorrow, and it may be a hint of a good idea to be conscious somewhere before eleven. And not after three, as I'm in danger of veering towards. 
 
Also my typing style is becoming particularly irritating again. Sod it, I'll keep it. Gives me a particular item on which to focus my special brand of self-loathing.
