What do braces feel like?

go and get tin foil, roll it up into many tiny little balls and then glue them to your teeth. every couple of months, attach a wire to them and push it back against your teeth for a few days. it should give you an idea.

I'm sure you can imagine the feeling of metal brackets being attached to your teeth, each connected through a wire. It's uncomfortable, mostly unsightly and they can be painful. :|

Would braces kinda feel like putting pins in your gums? Because I used to do that every now and again, not for some freaky self harm reason, but because it tickled so, so, so much, but then I stopped for some reason, now it just sounds rather repulsive.

If the wire decides to stab you in the cheek, then they feel likes pins. Great big painful pins, far from ticklish. Tomorrow is midterm! Non-uniform day in school. And a double free for German. And my hair has gotten longer.

ALL OF THE ABOVE. Plus the worst part
