so happeh :U my first proper shiny i have caught/not counting rng or pokeradar, my first was a graveler which exploded, ANYWAYS

it is possible to get a shiny with a  1 in 1024 chance now when doing the masuda method and using a special item called the shiny charm only available once you complete the national dex 0.0

i got shiny jirachi!!! i LOVE jirachi so was so happy when my friend gave it to me =) only legit shinies i have are gible celebi bulbasaur and i suppose i also have shiny victini but my friend gave me that too.

I was walking around in the moutains the other day when BAM !!! a shiny Sneasle (hope I spelt it right) popped up but damn it this one was so hard to catch I used up all my pokeballs from the Pokeball, Greatball, Ultraball and even my Duskball which I had about 20 of and yet it would not even get captured even with it's health down .... why are they so hard to catch

Took me only 8 days, I encountered my first 5th gen shiny, Terrakion.
I kept telling myself not to get too excited upon encountering him, but when I did, I couldn't believe my eyes!
Caught it and named it Virtus. And it's kinda interesting, cos I caught him on the 11th of november, Remembrance day. I think it's rather fitting because Terrakion, as it said in the pokedex, he protected his kind from injustice as well, so catching him that day felt rather poetic in a way.

Not long after, 20 days later, 1st of december, was breeding when after only 17 eggs, I got a shiny Larvesta, which has now grown to be a nice strong Volcarona, timid nature too (Thank goodness for the new and improved breeding mechanic!).

My next Pokemon to get as a shiny, I thought I'd go for Kyurem, if not, Cobalion or Virizion. I wouldn't mind Kyurem though, I'd love to get my hands on a shiny Black/White Kyurem! *Drool*

Err...Victini cannot be shiny, so that is a hack.

I've caught a shiny Shuckle in Black and a shiny Clamperl in HeartGold. If we are talking about ones that were practically handed to me, then that's a different story. THAT would be Gyarados, Haxorus, Dialga, Palkia, and soon Giratina.

I haven't caught a single shiny in Gen V...
Well, I did get traded a shiny Ponyta (Named Despair, which is rather fitting when you evolve it) in return for a Phione, but I guess that doesn't really count, does it?
I would love to catch a shiny Virizion, though. They look sooo cool *_*
