Lv 9 and Under ¬¬

I am fed up with junk offers in the GTS! I'm trying to find a legit Reshiram for trade in the GTS, and it's just full of impossible to get (without cheating) offers. Everyone wants either a Lv 9 and Under Zekrom or a Lv 9 and under Reshiram (for a Reshiram!!!) or some other impossible to get Lv 9 and under Pokemon! It's ridiculous and annoying!

OK, rant over. Anyone else annoyed with this?

Lots of people use action replay. Saying this, I don't understand why people would want to be traded a hacked one because they can surely hack it themselves, right? It could be a bunch of trolls trying to clog up the GTS with rubbish.

A prime example of why it's better to trade on a Pokemon forum such as this one so that you can actually interract with the trainer and negotiate a deal that benefits both of you.

People would often ask for level 9 or under Pokemon that one could not legally get in Gen IV in order to perform the Cloning Glitch; surely that does not work in Gen V?!

As people have pointed out. GTS is so like last gen!. Forums are where its at now. I'll quite happily trade my Reshy for a lvl 9 Zekrom!!

Would have thought they'd fix this for Gen V.. guess not.

I wonder how much they could have actually fixed? They could deny making requests for low level legendaries but that is about all I can think of, because the "Kyogre for a Sandshrew" type trades would still be there clogging up things. Forums all the way! (Though I will say, people do trade shinies on the GTS for pretty cheap)

They should release a Pokémon Event giving away lv. 1 Zekrom, Reshiram, etc. This event should be a long-running one to encourage "GTS trolls" to clean up after themselves. For those who really want something like that.
