I can do rolls not flips... Cartwheels and stuff. I'm pretty useless without a trampoline and even then I'm not great...

For me, it's actually a pair of shoes for when I was making a Robin costume for an event a few months ago. Like green plimsole type things, which I altered to have the wing things at the back.
