I suppose it depends on the nature of what Draghost means by 'a punishment' if he's just going to force him to sprite something, it's not exactly pseudo-modding, but if he's planning on doing some sort of conspiracy turning everyone against blaze or whatever it would be. But I think it's more likely something like the first
