Ahem, todays been great, despite the fact that a month ago I was not feeling good about this day...pfff I was very wrong. I've felt wonderful all day today...though that will most likely change on the 14th ¬.¬

Not really the alone part (but that does hurt), but I just hate the notion of the day. It's an excuse for couples to express their love for each other (and they could just do so any other day and it should have the same effect), and something to make single people feel hopeless. There's this day, but is there a singles awareness day? Not really, unless I'm being lied to. Besides, Valentine's Day is cliché in general and you could say it is something that companies make money off of from chocolates and such, to be honest.

I think I'm getting over my 13yo self thought process of 'these people hate me/I have nothing to say/why is everyone looking at me or laughing at me'
I still can't deal with certain things like speaking in public or phoning people I don't know but I'm getting there!

Yeah I had a lovely day with my college friends c: we went to an art shop (worst idea I spent the last of my money on spray mount lmao) and then to this awesome bookshop! It's huge it's like an old library it was so cool. We spoke for ages about total crap, from rugby players, to weird murders and feminism while having tea.
Felt like hipster scum afterwards
