I've overexerted by stomach at the gym yesterday and it's most likely caused a small muscle tear

It hurt really bad yesterday but was okayish today, tried going for a run earlier and five minutes in it became excruciating again

so i was lazy and i just tore the white part off

i accidentally ripped some of the pink part and gah my toe is in pain!

oh my god that happened to a kid in my physics class okay here's the story

so we got a new teacher because my old one moved, and he wanted us to ask him questions. i kicked it off by asking "the most important question", if he liked star wars or star trek better. after he answered, another kid raised his hand. he said, "even more important question, coke or pepsi?" the class ALL decided to pitch in their opinion on this and he told a real knee slapper

"you know what they should call pepsi? it should be called, 'oh, so you don't have coke?'!"

oh my god i cringed so hard the delivery was terrible and the joke was just not funny and then NOBODY laughed. everyone just stared at him and it was like a minute of just awkward where nobody spoke. i don't think i've seen a joke go over so badly ever.
