I've heard about that before, but I'm going to Andalucia (Malaga), I have a Spanish friend here in England, so I'm aware the Spaniards can be very extroverted. I like that, it works well with my personality as I'm quite quiet and they end up doing more of the talking =P

Excellent! Málaga (don't forget the accent/tittle?) is actually a rather nice city. I have a few friends there, and temperatures during  Spring are enjoyable. Just make sure you don't go out alone at night. Especially during Fridays and Saturdays.

I think I've started fixing this exhaustion, so I'll probably be back in the gym tomorrow. Going to start the first Game Of thrones tonight. I fell asleep whilst watching the first episode  I was surrounded by friends too! First time that I've ever fallen asleep at a party.

 My cardio has improved a little already  Finding it easier to keep a consistent speed throughout the different levels on the stationary bike (which is my favourite). I'll probably up the level on it, maybe Tuesday,  and see how it goes.

I've never really been fit at all, so any improvement is great for me. However, I seriously need to buy joint supports.

I actually got carpel tunnel syndrome from playing so much GH on Expert, especially Metallica. Oops.

Listening to Time's End: Majora's Mask Remixed by Theophany on a dark, rainy night. Nice to lose myself in this album every now and then.
