3/10 Arcanine are pretty strong, but fire resistance and such. If 5/10 is an even match, 3/10 would be a disadvantage for you, but can be overcome. Though if it has dark type moves, its threat level would be higher, like, probably around a 4-5/10. Let's just go with 4.5/10

[Richard and Blaziken]

2/10, Sigilyph wings couldn't carry a Pokemon of Haxorus's weight. The position of his blades makes it incredibly difficult for it to use them effectively without putting his face (arguably the most valuable thing in combat, since no sight puts you at a huge disadvantage), meaning that his tail is the only dangerous thing about him, and would be very easy to avoid, again, due to his weight. His arms are so stubby that it couldn't even grab something to hold it down and hack away with the blades on his face.

He does apparently have armor-like scales, but a look at his defenses reveals that special attacks would not only be the best way to go statistically, but it would also put Haxorus at a very real disadvantage in actual combat, since it can't use special attacks well itself to fight against special attackers who are firing long-range, and would have to deal with a constant barrage of them with no way to get in close to the opponent to use his blades. His Speed is also not the best, falling just short of base 100 which is the benchmark for being average this generation, and it would have to spend time doing a Dragon Dance to remedy this problem, time it clearly doesn't have as I've already pointed out. Haxorus's design has always bothered me because of just how poorly thought out every decision was. Sticking the blades on the arms would make it a much more effective predator.

well if were gonna play the long post game...

richard has/had an extraordinary beard. this would definitely pose a threat, but judging by the proximity of richards flaming #bestie, Delicious_Scout Blaziken, it would catch on fire. That would probably render rich useless for a while (no offense.). however, the blaziken is a different story entirely.

blaziken is known for being super op and uber in every single way. so, long story short, im done lol
but because we all want to hear/see breads demise in vivid detail, I will supply you with it. blaziken is on fire, and bread tastes bad when burnt, which everyone knows. any fire type move, even ember of all things would probably send our beloved grainy thingamajig packing. blaziken is also a fighting type,  and bread is a bread type. we are not sure about the type effectiveness is with bread type,  but it is pretty clear the entire type is a load of karp. and, even by some miracle bread defeats the mighty mighty blaziken, richard will have put out his flaming beard and is back for revenge. he would probably proceed to eat the bread and immediately spit it out because its burnt. this puts my level of screwed-ness (has to op for such clever word choice!) is at about an 8.
