Sea Mauville room...

There is a room in Sea Mauville where when you enter it says "You feel like you're being watched"...What's that about??? Anyone know???

Save your game, check the bookshelf to your left that talks about the keystone, and then open the menu, look at your party, and then close your menu. Then something will happen. No spoilers.
