In Need of a Spriter...

I am working on a hack game of FireRed and am in need of someone to create sprites to be used in the game. I already have them drawn as concept art but am not very skilled when it comes to Spriting.

These are the trainers I need sprites for:

Shiny


The Pokemon, if possible, I would like in 256 x 64 sheet format (Normal Front, Shiny Front, Norm Back, Shiny Back) and indexed. Also, I would like the ORAS megas sprites. Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you in advanced for helping me.

Haven't forgotten about this. My drawing tablet hasn't been working too well, so progress has been slow, sorry ^^;
Anyway, here's the first one. I have others started, but I thought I'd show you this one to make sure you're okay with them

Yeah I've started them, but I was wondering, what style would you prefer? Like, would you prefer a gen 5 style sprite (where it's exactly what you would expect the back of the front sprite to look like) or one more like gen 4 and earlier (which is more of a portrait style and sometimes in a different pose)

Since Firered is a gen 3 game i think having it gen 4 style would be best. I have been using Chaos Rush's gen 4 and 5 DS Style sprites and they work well. So Gen 4 would be best.

if you still need someone to make sprites of the trainers I can take a crack at them. I did all the sprites in my signature and avatar.
