Dragonite event code redemption

Hello,

Thanks to the generosity of /r/pokemon I was able to bag myself a Dragonite code, however I could not redeem it due to my game being the PAL version of pokemon!

So I'm looking for a kind, trustworthy soul to help me redeem my code for me and in exchange all that I can offer (really it is all that I can offer) is a level one bulbasaur (level 1, quiet nature). It is not much but at least it is kind of free
