You should be able to use an ordinary camera. Make sure the drawing's flat and in good light and you should get a clear shot =P Or you could use a scanner.

i actually had a cool idea of a rock type sabre tooth type mon which likes to live in most dangerous mountains of the world and only see fit too travel with a trainer of equal strength its very fast and has a high defence, stands at about 4ft

Its main colour is a light brown and underbelly is white  that leads up to its lower jaw Has ploges of brown rock on its back and has big rock shaped front shoulder sockets and its tail is a small sharp rock shaped point that can extend to defend agaist attackers and its teeth are actually conjoined at the front by a finely sharpened rock which looks natrual to the pokemon its eyes are made from red a crystal layer that protects them from other pokemon of its kind

Mounabre is its name and can have the abilitys Rock Head, or Study or Guts

moves could be sand attack, slash, bite, crunch, hyper fang, rock smash, rock throw ,giga impact and some others
