The Random Pokemon Generator Spriting Game! =D

A fun little idea I've thought up of to get us all back into the spirit of spriting =D

Basically, it all started when I had a lack of inspiration for spriting... I reaaaally wanted to do some...cos I was bored. But what? =S

That's when I found...

THIS!

The Random Pokemon Generator =D

It's incredibly simple to use and can be used for numerous Pokemon related...whatevers. But WE'RE going to be using it for spriting!

Basically, all you have to do is sprite any kind of sprite involving the FIRST LOT of Pokemon that the generator throws at you. You do that sprite, post it up on here, and once you're done, set the number of Pokemon for the next person to enter into the Random Pokemon Generator. Also, to help each other improve in their spriting skills as we go along, before you enter your own sprite, take time to rate the above user's sprite. You can give it an "Out Of 10" rating or if you really feel like it, give them a full review of how they done. Just however you prefer to rate things. =)

Okay, so for any good game, there's a good set of rules to go with them =)

RULES!

• Use only the FIRST Pokemon that the Random Generator allocates you. No going back and changing it so you get Pokemon that suit you. You WILL be caught out if we keep seeing sprites that are strangely convenient to work with...
• Use only YOUR OWN work. Don't go about stealing other sprites from elsewhere.
• Don't use sprites that you have made in the past. That defeats the object of the game and just takes the fun away.
• Do NOT be rude, abusive or just generally nasty when rating the sprite above you. You wouldn't want your work to be put down, so don't do it to others.
• When setting the next poster's number of Pokemon to use, don't put "1". I know it's an option to select on the Generator, but it's really not at all practical for what we are using it for and leaves virtually no room for creativity.
• And the most important rule of all... Have FUN! =D

Hmm not bad. Face is a little horrid. Might give me nightmares and such ^~^

Shading is good, the feet are added on perfectly. The patterns were scratched well

9/10 only because it's horrid =p


Though not as horrid as this >=D

3 way mix/re-colour of Ratticate, Natu and Celebi and yes I hate your random Pokemon generator already >.>

It's a thing of pure beauty to be honest =D *jk*

The next person should use 2. Seeing as 3 was a total pain in the ass and I feel like being nice today =]

Haha yours is a bit sinister also haha. would like to come accross that on a branch. i think it would have been better using the raticate as the base. te outlines and colours are a bit dull sorry ;/ but youe worked with what you given and i think its a good outcome better then what i would have done, im gonna give it 7/10

Hehe, I like that. It's cute. I think, however, some black lines would do it some good to give it a little more definition. The mixing is smooth and there is a good balance of each Pokémon. 7/10


Haaaate. Minimal amount of mixing xD
Mixed with Fraxture(Claws), Barboach(Obvious), Krookodile(Obvious again) and Voltorb(Pokéballs)

Next person can do a 4 Pokémon mix because of what I've just been through :L

its ok im not really thrilled by it ill give you a 4/10 but what do i know ^^;
i had gotten a poygon z the legs and the reason the tail floats, Meditite the color and front legs paws, Snubbull's evo ears, eyes and the back leg paws and vulpix everything else
and out came this im proud of my second mix ever ^^
i want someone to take the first pokemon and have two of them for different spirits and have two different pokemon to mix them both with ^^

I thought that I would restart this game seeing as it's a great idea and maybe just didn't get off to a good start. So here is my random mix of Spheal and Darkrai =p

Alright, if a 4 way mix is too hard... how about a 2 way mix, though remember it's got to be the first 2 sprites you get >=]

I did the four way one. Clamperl, Girafarig, Darumaka and Sewaddle. I hate it >.< Although I think what I did was a neat concept. It took me literally ten minutes, at a later date I will probably give it a huuuge tidy up. I barely did anything.

I got Zigzagoon, Starmie, and Raichu and this is what i did:



It looks more like a recolour to me, but it's ok. It's Zigzagoon base, obviously, with Starmie colours. I figured the spikey fur would be sort of like the spikes on Starmie, so i just coloured them with the pink gem for the other stripes. The Raichu's obvious as well.

Next should be...

2 way, just top be nice. ^^

That one is pretty good 7/10.

I personally don't like it myself, but oh well.

That looks good, i give it about 8/10 because i barely remember what either of those Pokemon look like XD

I had got Munna, Beartic, Fearow, Tympole, Arbok, and Gible.
