Both... More because its eyes look like eggs... That makes him delicious. Mmm... Porygon3. Also it's tail looks like a mace. That pokemon would execute the most devastating iron tail.... Also it flies.. It looks like it can fly. So like you would mix fly with iron tail from so high up and it turns into fissure. That's some scary stuff.
