Tier Shift Tourney (Pokémon Showdown)

We've all seen the standard OU and UU tourneys and the like, but Tier Shift is a quite different metagame. For those who haven't played, the rules follow standard OU rules and clauses, however in an attempt to make lower tier Pokémon better, the following changes occur:
-> All UU Pokémon gain +5 in each base stat
-> All RU Pokémon gain +10 in each base stat
-> All NU Pokémon gain +15 in each base stat

This makes Pokémon have new, unseen uses, such as Shedinja now has 16 base hp, so can survive entry hazards! And Regigigas gains 125/125/125 defences, besting Arceus.

The following clauses apply:
-> Freeze Clause - No 2 Pokémon on the same team may be frozen
-> Sleep Clause - No 2 Pokémon on the same team may be asleep
-> OHKO Clause - No OHKO moves are allowed
-> Species Clause - No two Pokémon of the same species may be on the same team. This includes Formes, but doesn't include members of the same evolution family.
-> Moody Clause - The ability moody is banned
-> Evasion Clause - Evasion boosting moves are banned.

Note that team preview is active

Just so all are aware, stat boosts aren't applied until battle, so don't worry that in the team builder they aren't present.
