All pokemon in the no eggs group have 3 max IV's, that includes wild babies like budew, mime jr and togepi, also nidorina.
Been having a bloody nightmare getting my max IV zubat, I'm on my 5th box full of eggs now! It's never taken this long before. >.< This thing better destroy everything it touches to be worth it.

That's odd.  Most of my 5IV Pokemon ended up being female...

I got guys like Scyther, Ralts, and Larvesta recently.  I have both abilities on a 5 IV Ralts.  Would you guys consider Synchronize or Trace to be more useful for a Mega Evolving Gardevoir.  Both provide incredibly situational support.  If I trace the right thing I may get stuff like Intimidate or a temporary speed boost the turn I decide to Mega Evolve.  On the other hand, Synchronize allows me to "make up" for a bad prediction if they're going to paralyze me or burn me etc.  I feel Trace is more useful though unless I start being unlucky.
