Name Rater Database Always Full?

Hi, I'm pretty new here, and I've wanted to post a nickname for a Pokemon. Several, actually. However it seems that the database is literally always full every time I try. Is there a specific time, or date where there's less submissions? I hate to be picky, but I'm quite good(in my opinion) at coming up with nicknames, so I'd like to get them rated. :/

I think it's cause the name rater retired (or is retiring, I can't remember.) Either way, don't hold your breath. And welcome, by the way. We always like having new members here. You should check out the IRC chat if you have the time, I'm on sometimes, and others, such as Lord Raven and dragoncat are on pretty much always.

Those behind the Name Rater are busy and unfortunately this has caused a backlog with the amount in there. I'd wait it out because it will get emptied eventually, in the mean time you could always stick around on the forums =]

It was last updated in November, and before that September (many times in September, actually, must've been in a name rating mood), but it's kinda just random when it's done afaik, but I would've thought it'd be updated fairly soon, and when it is that clears a bit of the backlog.

there should really be a notice on the name rater page about this because theres honestly a new thread asking this question every week and theres only so many times you can answer a question before it gets annoying.

thats true too. i have bad reading comprehension at times but honestly i dont know whats really hard to understand about "the queue is full"? its right there in writing.

Dudeskull is a LAME name. it may be a good name for a gangster but not for a pokemon!

The name rater liked a few of mine which were F. (F standing for Furious) George the Primeape, Pincushion the Cacnea, Xerox the Ditto. He also had no problem with Tom Jones the Hitmontop and Lucy the Togekiss which also knows Sky Attack and is a reference to Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds. Marjory the Garbodor also seemed to have fared well.
