Whats Your Greatest Memory Of Pokemon

gettin a holo chansey on a sunny august afternoon in a tcg booster pack (lmao this was before even the Team Rocket TCG expansion was created) and watchin it go all rainbow colours in the sunlight and feeling Really Objectively Good for a rare moment

The first time I actually managed to beat Brock in Yellow. Took me... I'm not sure, but it felt like at least a year. There was also that time I caught a Zapdos in a pokeball in one try (after at least 20 ultra balls) while my friend was watching.

There was also that time I watched the third pokemon movie with my mother and her boyfriend. Oh and there was those pokemon movie marathons I had with my friends a couple years ago, those were pretty great.

Not sure if I commented here or not, but mine is when I got my first pokemon game, Emerald. Back then, I used mudkip and got to victory road before quitting because my 6-7 year old mind couldn't solve the puzzles in order to get out.

I'd say another memory is when I got my first actual 6-Pokemon set to Lv. 100 in Alpha Sapphire.

The one I remember most vividly was catching Kyogre after it had Rested in Emerald with a PokeBall. Also in Emerald, I remember sitting down fighting against Wallace and adjusting the volume of my GBA SP with the Champion music. There's this particular part where the melody places heavy emphasis on the first note and kind of dies away about 3 times, I think... I'd turn the volume to max at that emphasised note and then bring it down as the note died away... I remember thinking that I should totally record it and put in on YouTube. So glad I never got round to it xD
I also remember being so happy finally beating Glacia with my Blaziken 'Chicky', then getting whooped by Drake's Salamence... that was in Sapphire.
A more recent memory was catching a shiny Luvdisc in Black by chain fishing. It was pretty great (:

Opening Pokemon Yellow on my 10th birthday. I felt like my destiny was to be a Pokemon master. I didn't put that game down until Gold and Silver came out.
