i got red today. buying process is easier than i thought, so i guess i'll definitely buy more later on. i promised myself that i wouldnt buy blue or yellow until i finished this one. i probably wont buy those two anyway - maybe just yellow if the storyline differs. it's been like 14 years, so i dont even remember at this point. i think the starters cange but i dont remember past that.

really hoping that they rerelease GSC soon. I'd be on that in a heartbeat!!! I really want my meganium back. they were my first 100 so nostalgia would be so hecking high.

I'm at mt. moon grinding right now, since i cant get the rest of my planned team yet.

I had to settle for the in-game trade Jynx hence the name... I'd forgotten how much of a monumental pain TMs only being single use was so I'm hoarding them all until I can abuse the Missingno glitch to clone them... unfortunately Clefairy is a bit of a dead weight until then since he has crap moves. Still not 100% sure what my last team member will be... flirting with the idea of using Hitmonlee because elemental punches.

Ugh doesn't Rhyhorn learn any rock/ground type moves through levelling up??? His current movset is Horn Attack/Dig/Body Slam/Stomp because I'm trying to hoard my TMs.

Rest is a bit redundant on Rhydon since I've got a zillion max revives and full restores now so that might be changed for something else... and of course I forgot that all the elemental moves were special back in the day so the punches are pretty useless on Hitmonchan whose Special stat is non existant. I might keep Thunderpunch for taking care of any flying types... I'm also in two minds whether to replace Thunderbolt on Clefable with Fire Blast since I don't really have any fire type moves on my team to speak of... of course this is ingame so it's not like it matters too much. I wonder how my RBY team today would compare to my old RBY team of yesteryear now that I actually have some awareness of movesets!

Playing Blue version, and I'm only in Vermilion City due to having fun messing around with the Mew glitch to get other Pokemon like Scyther, Chansey,Gengar and another Mew lol.
