I beat Miltank in GSC. I just used a female wobbuffet. You can get one at the goldenrod city game corner.

It's a female so attract won't work. Just spam counter and you'll return rollout with double the power!

i only remember the machop bc of muscle memory or something, i didnt know about it in gsc until like my 6th run lmao
