How Can I Install This Game Properly?

I downloaded a game called Frogger 3D (for PC) It's appeared in my files as:

1) a folder
2) a zip file

They both contain the same things.

How can I install the game properly and play it?

I used to play and love this game!

You need a program to unzip it and then run the extraction file that is produced.
