The Little Mermaid 2 Return To The Sea is probably my favourite Disney film, mainly because of Tara Strong.
Though not a cartoon or computer animation, High School Musical is a favourite of mine as well.

Post-Toy Story - Up. The Carl and Ellie montage is still phenomenal and the best scene in Pixar's history.
