You need to have beaten Candice to do this. Go to Snowpoint City and use Flash. The Gym will turn into a studio. Go inside, and you will find that they are filming Dancing on Ice Series 3. You will find Jason Gardiner in the middle of the rink. Avoid the other judges (Nicky, Robyn, Karen and Ruthie) or you will have to battle them. Battle Jason- he fights with a lv 40 Sneasel and a lv 42 Empoleon. Beat him, and he will say "That was ok, but you're not good enough to beat this." You will then battle a lv 45 Nosepass  . Beat it and he will say "Go on then, take it!" Nosepass will be sent to your PC!

Use flash in Canalave Gym and there will be a rumble and a spooky caption saying 'A mysterious thing happeneds?!?'.
You will come out underwater if you leave, and the first pokemon in your party, unless you have a water/part-water type or a Pikachu, will have Dive as their 5th move. There are loads of spooky captions under Sinnoh, the best being:

In Emerald, if you pick the girl character and call her May, fly to Lilycove City. Win all the contests (all 5 ranks and all 5 catergories) using only Skitty, Combusken or Beautifly. Once you do, Harley will be available to battle in Slateport City. (He's in the harbour)

Once you beat him he will burst into flames and die. You snog May and you and May and you walk into your room and the passage closes. The screen goes black and you hear the bed squeeking.
