I know a certain 9 year old that'll be over that like white on rice.

Also, Tennant and Smith getting all votes? It's a sad day in Doctor Who history.
Well you can't expect those who haven't watch the old series to vote for the other doctors...You're going to vote for the Doctor that you've grown up on and for most people here it's going to be Ecclestone, Tennant or Smith... =p
Yes.

So Daniel Mays is appearing in the Gatiss episode. I don't even.
[though now of course I'm thinking, "oh, shame, he would have made a good Master..."
guessing his role in the episode won't be that kind of character though, har.
[for those of you who watched Ashes to Ashes, he played DCI Jim Keats.]

ah, yes. episode name is apparently What Are Little Boys Made Of?
possibly creepy child episode yes?

Not new news, but I keep forgetting to check for things.

oh, and there'll be another series of games

Gattiss does creepy very well. For reference see his character on Sherlock.

though he's just writing this one, not acting in it. unless he has another cameo <:

but yes, i'd agree.
his mycroft is my favourite to date [unless the rumours about stephen fry playing mycroft in the next sh movie are true...]
i mean, yes.
the idiot's lantern and the unquiet dead.. creepy in a ridiculous kind of way.
I LIKE THE WAY HIS MIND WORKS.

and now I want to watch the Lazarus Experiment again, lol.
though i always found lazarus to be more amusing than creepy.. might be the giant evil monster part of it.
it has been so long since i watched that series |:
except for the series finale, cough

er.. quick. add something to this post to make it slightly more than just ramblings.
Suranne Jones will feature in the Neil Gaiman episode [ep3], playing a girl called Idris.

QuoteGaiman himself praised the actress, calling her "beautiful, funny and strange".

"Suranne is marvellous," he said. "It's the kind of role that people will remember forever, so we needed someone who was able to pull that off, and to keep up with Matt Smith. And bite him. Suranne does all three."

i'd love it if they made a Classic Adventure Games series with each episode with a classic Doctor and companion/companions and then maybe for a 5th final episode, the 4 Classics are joined by the 11th for a big 5 Doctors finale. X3

well, it's entirely possible [also, monies].. would be surprised if they never did a "x doctors" gathering thing again though.
..I've never played these games and am feeling as though i ought to.. at the very least, I would be able to give better constructed answers.

on a lighter note

Wow, it seems that the Doctor can officially go on forever now. Apparently the BBC has ditched the 12 regenerations limit.

QuoteThe moment comes in the CBBC spin-off show, The Sarah Jane Adventures, which stars former companion Elisabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith. Matt Smith, who plays the current Doctor Who, guest stars in a two-part episode called The Death of the Doctor, to be screened on October 25 and 26. While the Doctor and Clyde Langer, played by Daniel Anthony, are in the process of outwitting spooky vulture undertakers the Shansheeth, Clyde asks how many times he can regenerate. The Doctor indicates that there is no limit. The action continues.

I brought the Series 4 Specials Soundtrack last week. It's absolutely amazing and the end of Disc two is perfectly constructed to give an emotional goodbye to 10, and introduce 11. Bravo indeed Murray Gold!

Well as you should know, our good old Doctor will be in this weeks Sarah Jane Adventures, titled 'Death of the Doctor'. They will be on Monday and Tuesday at 5:15 on CBBC, so be sure to check it out! It also features Katy Manning, companion of the 3rd Doctor.

It may not be until Monday, but doesn't stop me from getting all excited... Can't wait! =D
Yes.

Darkwing

Also has a hot new character apparently... Dear Finn.
